The first major facility to wear the new Bobcat logo is Montana State's volleyball venue – Shroyer Gym. Year-in, and year-out, Shroyer Gym is one of top volleyball arenas in the Big Sky Conference. The gym is sporting the new Bobcat logo, along with the updated Big Sky Conference mark.
"We are super excited to have the floor in Shroyer redesigned," said second-year Montana State volleyball coach Kyle Weindel. "Initially, I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I can say that I am very pleased with the results. I think it is easy to say that we have the nicest volleyball only floors in the Big Sky and one of the nicest in the region. Court Sports Inc. did a remarkable job. This is only the beginning of some small but significant renovations to Shroyer to give us that all important home court advantage."
The Montana State volleyball team will debut the new floor Sept. 13-14 when it hosts the 15th Bobcat Classic, which will feature MSU, South Dakota, Akron and Gonzaga.
