JUNIOR (2018):
Rizzo had a break-out season and put her name among the all-time greats in Bobcat volleyball history with her defensive efforts...became just the ninth member of MSU’s prestigious 1,000-Dig Club when she posted 23 saves against Louisiana in early September...went on the smash the all-time MSU single-season digs record finishing the 2018 campaign with 624 digs...the old mark of 514 digs was set by Nicole Baker in 2011...in three seasons in the Blue and Gold has posted 1,468 career digs, which is fourth all-time and just 253 digs shy on the all-time school mark...Rizzo’s 5.52 digs per set were tops in the Big Sky Conference and ranked her 13th overall in NCAA Division I action...also finished the season 20th in total digs; 71st in aces, and 88th in aces per set...for her efforts, was named Second-Team All-Big Sky Conference- Montana State’s first all-conference honoree since 2015...played in all 113 sets...recorded a season-high 34 digs on two occasions against Portland State and Southern Utah...had five matches with 30 or more digs and 17 matches with 20 or more saves...led team with 40 service aces, including a season-high four aces at Seattle U...registered a libero's dream with one kill against Tennessee Tech, Eastern Washington and Northern Arizona...garnered back-to-back Big Sky Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors on Sept. 17 and 24, the first time MSU has won the weekly league accolade...named to all-tournament teams at Cleveland State and Seattle U...participated in the 2019 US Women's National Team open tryouts in Colorado Springs...was an All-Big Sky Conference Academic honoree.
SOPHOMORE (2017):
Rizzo was one of two players to see action in all 25 matches and 98 sets for the Bobcats in 2017...led Montana State with 462 digs, averaging 4.71 digs per set...ranked third in the Big Sky averaging 5.26 digs per set in league action and was third overall in all matches played...recorded 24 matches in double-figure digs...tallied 11 matches with 20 or more digs, including a season-high 30 digs at Idaho State...averaged a whopping 6.51 digs in MSU's last 12 matches of the season...enters 2017 just 156 digs away from becoming the ninth player in Bobcat history to reach the 1,000-digs milestone...tallied three kills- one each against Illinois, UC Santa Barbara and Idaho State...recorded 13 aces, including a season-high three aces in Montana State's win over rival Montana in Missoula...dished out 80 assists and had a season-best seven assists against the Grizzlies in Dahlberg Arena...was an All-Big Sky Conference Academic honoree.

As a freshman, Rizzo was one of three Bobcats to play in all 25 matches and 91 sets on the season...as MSU's libero, she recorded a team-best 382 digs on the season, averaging 4.20 saves per game...the total was the ninth highest ever recorded in a single-season at Montana State...her 4.20 digs per set were eighth best in the Big Sky Conference overall..posted 19 matches in double-digit digs, including seven matches with 20 or more saves...registered season-best 33 digs in Montana State's season-opening victory over Grand Canyon...had 11 service aces on the year, including a career-best two winners in MSU's win over Weber State...recorded an unusual two kills from the back row against Idaho on Sept. 22...dished out 75 assists, averaging .82 per outing...notched a season-best nine assists at Air Force...was an All-Big Sky Conference Academic honoree.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Rizzo prepped at Marist High School where she helped guide the Redhawks to a 41-16 mark during her time on the volleyball court. She was a two-time all-conference selection and served as team captain for two seasons, as well. Rizzo played club ball for the 1st Alliance, one of the most respected programs out of the Chicago area.
