Making her collegiate debut at the Kelsey Chugg Invitational in Eden, Utah, Scarlet Weidig Velazquez won the 54-hole tournament with an even-par 216 (74-71-71) at the par-72 Wolf Creek Resort. She sealed the win by carding five birdies on the back nine. On Wednesday, she was named Big Sky Co-Women’s Golf Player of the Week for her win.
