Kira Thomsen has been on a hot streak. The junior outside hitter has recorded 20 or more kills in her past three matches, including a career-best 32 kills against Portland State on Senior Night last Saturday. In Saturday's come-from-behind five-setter, Thomsen also had 20 digs and two service aces. She earned GameChanger/ AVCA Division I National Player of the Week honors and the Big Sky Offensive Player of the Week award for her efforts. Thomsen is the first Bobcat to earn the national player of the week award.
