2020-21 Season: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the discus throw behind his lifetime best in the event at the Chris Rinne Twilight (April 2) … Throw of 185-01 (56.42m) earned him first place in the meet and moved him to third all-time in program history … Named Big Sky Field Athlete of the Week on April 5 … Mark was the 24th best in the west region … Placed ninth overall in the event at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a mark of 162-03 … Competed in 10 outdoor meets and three indoor meets … Set personal bests in the shot put (46-10) and the weight throw (53-11) at the Bobcat Bonus meet on Feb. 19 ... Named to the Big Sky Winter and Spring All-Academic Team ... also a USTFCCCA All-Academic recipient.
2019-20 Season
Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets for the Bobcats … Set a lifetime best in the weight throw with a mark of 50-00 (15.24m) at the MSU Dual Meet Invitational on Jan. 24 … Took third in the event at the Big Sky Tuner (Feb. 21) … Named to the Big Sky Winter and Spring All-Academic Teams.
2018-19 Season
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets for the Bobcats … Earned seasons bests of 40-10.25 (12.45m) in the shot put and 48-03.50 (14.72m) in the weight throw … Finished as high as fourth in an event when finished in spot in the weight throw at the Big Sky Tuner (Feb. 15) ... Named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic team.
Outdoor (Freshman): Made first Big Sky Conference Championship appearance … Took 13th in the discus with a throw of 154-10 (47.19m) … Set lifetime bets in the discus and hammer at the Cat-Griz Dual (April 27) … Finished second in the discus throw behind a mark of 155-04 (47.35m) … Took fifth in the hammer throw with a mark of 144-09 (44.13m) … Took second and fourth in the events at the Tom Gage Classic (May 3), respectively … Competed in seven total meets ... Named to Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.
High School: Graduated from Billings Senior High School in 2018 … Was a four-time letterwinner for the Billings Senior High track and field program … Made his first appearance at the MHSA Class AA Track and Field meet as a sophomore count in 2016 … Completed a then personal-best throw of 162-02 in the discus to earn a state championship.
