Bobcats in Middle of Pack After First Two Rounds of Fall Season

Kati Greear Tied for Sixth with One Round to Play
Montana State started strong and finished stronger at the Hobble Creek Fall Classic in Springville, Utah on Monday.
The Bobcats shot 306 in the first round and 303 in the second at the team's first tournament of the fall. The Bobcats are tied for fifth with fellow Big Sky school Southern Utah. "I'm proud that the team stayed patient today," said Bobcat coach Brittany Basye. "Tomorrow we need to continue to work hard to put three solid rounds together."
Kati Greear was the model of consistency on day one, shooting a 73-73 to hold down sixth place (76-76) is tied for 21st, Hayle Folkvord (78-76) is tied for 30th, Janelle Reali (79-78) is tied for 41st, and Lauren Hausauer (79-80) is tied for 48th.
The tournament concludes Tuesday.
