Bobcats Face Weber State in Dual Match

Wyoming Cowgirl Classic begins Monday
The Montana State women's golf team has added an April 6 dual match with Weber State to its schedule. The Bobcats will compete against the Wildcats at Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Arizona on Saturday for a one-day, 18-hole, match play event.
MSU will then stay in Arizona to compete April 8-10 in the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic, which will also be held at the Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler. The tournament will begin each day with a 6:30 a.m. local time start at the par 72, 6,299 yard course.
The lineup for Montana State for both events will have Paige Crawford, Molly Dorans, Kelly O'Brien, Pamela Calderon Rojas and Kati Greear.
“It's time to get playing again and it is nice to have Kati back in the lineup for this week. We have been able to be outside and play on the courses for the last week or so. I am excited to get back to Ocotillo and am expecting a good tourney from these five players. It is time for us to step up and make something happen,” said head coach Brittany Basye.
The Bobcats will be one of 19 teams competing in this year's Cowgirl Classic. Also with host Wyoming, the other teams competing include: Boise State, BYU, Colorado State, Eastern Washington, Montana, New Mexico State, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Portland State, Sacramento State, Santa Clara, Seattle, Southern Utah, Utah Valley, UTEP, Weber State, and Xavier.
Live scoring will be available through golfstat.com for the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic. Results following each day of competition for both events will be posted on msubobcats.com.
