Bobcat senior nets league kudos
Turzanski won last weekend in straight sets at the No. 1 position in both doubles and singles, helping the Bobcats to a 5-2 victory over Portland State and a 6-1 victory over Idaho State.
The senior from Lodz, Poland didn't lose a single set, elevating his conference singles and doubles record to 4-1 for the season.
Against Idaho State, Turzanski defeated Danel Barrenechea 6-2, 6-2 to be the first set to finish. Turzanski then combined with teammate Fletcher Keyes to defeat Dakota Pate and Diego Cavalcanti 8-4 in doubles action.
Against Portland State, Turzanski defeated the Vikings' Chris Rice, finishing him off in a 6-2, 6-4 decision. In doubles, Keyes and Turzanski combined again to defeat Rice and Roman Margoulis 8-5.
Turzanski is now 4-1 in conference for singles and doubles.
