Fletcher Keyes Earns Big Sky Player of the Week Honors

Bobcat junior snags league award after winning fourth straight singles match
The Big Sky Conference has selected the tennis Players of the Week for matches played between March 3 and March 8. Northern Arizona's Malia Wahinepio picks up her first player of the week honor this week. Montana State's Fletcher Keyes grabs this week's men's player of the week award.
Keyes won both his singles and doubles matches this weekend to help Montana State overcome Eastern Washington 4-3. In singles, Keyes played at the No. 2 spot defeating opponent Mario Navarro in straight sets. In doubles, Keyes teamed up with Pawel Turzanski to defeat Eagles' Kyle Koetje and Stefan Simikic in an 8-6 decision.
Keyes is currently on a four-match singles winning streak and a five-match doubles winning streak.
