Indoor - Fastest time in the 3,000 was 10:49.27 at the Bozeman Running Company Invite (Feb. 11). Outdoor - All-Big Sky Conference Academic honoree … fastest time in the 5K was 18:04.05 at the Tom Gage Classic ... lifetimes bests of 2:23 in the 800, 5:09 in the mile, 18:06.77 in the 5,000, 11:30.47 in the steeplechase and 10:33.44 in the 3,000 ... ranked eighth all-time for MSU in the steeplechase.
2009-10: Cross Country – Finished 19th in the Big Sky. Indoor - Competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 5,000 with a season best time of 18:32.79 … best time in the 3,000 was 10:46.81 … best time in the mile was 5:31.14 at the Bobcat Open (Feb. 19) Outdoor - Ran in the 3,000 steeplechase at Big Sky Championships where she finished seventh with a season best time of 11:45.82.
2008 -09: Cross Country- Was MSU’s top finished at the Big Sky Championship, finishing in 22nd place. Indoor - Ran the 5,000 at Big Sky Championships … best time in the 3,000 was 10:52.37 … ran a 5:32.61 mile. Outdoor- Best time in the 5,000 was 19:06.06 at the Cat-Griz Dual (May 2).
Prior to MSU: A 2008 graduate of Cloquet High School … earned letters in track and field, basketball and cross country for the Lumberjacks … four time all-conference selection in cross country and track (mile, two mile and 800) … team captain in cross country sophomore, junior and senior seasons … set the school record in the mile as a sophomore with a time of 5:09 …. all-state in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior … member of National Honor Society … all-state academic selection.
