2010: Indoor- Garnered All-American honors after finished third at the NCAA Championships in the Mile with a time of 4:01.87 … season best time of 3:59.17 at the Montana State Open (Feb. 2) which is also a MSU program record … earned All-Conference honors in the 800 and the Mile … named Big Sky Conference Athlete of the Week on Feb. 2 … won the Mile at BSC Championships … finished second in the 800 at BSC Championships with a season best time of 1:49.37 … finished third in the BSC in cross country.
2009: Outdoor- All-BSC in the 800 and the 1,500 … finished third in the 800 at Big Sky Championships with a time of 1:52.80 … season’s best time in the 800 was 1:52.20 … Earned a Silver medal in the 1,500 at the BSC Championships … best time in the 1,500 was 3:49.73 … named to BSC All-Academic team … also on All-BSC for cross country after finishing ninth in the conference.
2008: Named to the BSC All-Academic squad for cross country … finished 11th in the BSC Cross Country Championships.
Prior to MSU: A 2008 graduate of Laurel High School … State Champion in the 800, 1,600, 3,200 and Mile in 2008 … also won the 1,600 and 3,200 in 2007 … named Two Mile Gatorade Runner of the Year in 2008 … set school record in the Mile … earned four letters each in track and cross country and a letter in basketball.
