Graduated from Niwot High School in Longmont in 2016... finished third in the Colorado state championships in 2015 and 2016, second in 2013 and 2014... earned all-state honors and state all-academic honors four straight years... also Northern Colorado Player of the Year... honor roll at Niwot during all four years... born Max Petrak in 1997 in Golden, Colorado... one of three children of Diana and Greg Petrak... his father skied at Colorado, while his grandfather Harry Petrak played football at Union College.
