Sophomore surge lands Auckland ace on all-league list
BOZEMAN, Mont. (April 22, 2026) – Montana State sophomore Eddie Biss earned All-Big Sky Conference Honorable Mention Singles honors on Wednesday, the league office announced.
Biss owns an 8-4 record on the season, including 5-2 in Big Sky play. He is 5-2 since settling into the No. 5 spot on the ladder. The sophomore from Auckland, New Zealand, has won four straight matches and five of his last six, all against Big Sky opponents.
"Eddie has had a great season," said MSU head coach Mateus Ceolin. "An opportunity was presented to him early in the year, and he has made the most of it during the rest of the semester. He is a player who works extremely hard, takes his tennis very seriously, and I am happy for him on the great season and this honor."
