The Montana State women's basketball game slated for Saturday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m., has been moved to a 3 p.m., tipoff to accommodate fans planning to attend the MSU semifinal football game against South Dakota State at 12 p.m. at Bobcat Stadium and the basketball contest against Seattle U in Worthington Arena.
The time change was the latest MSU could move tipoff to assist with Seattle U getting out following the game on its scheduled Saturday evening flight. It will also help traffic flow for the two events.
"We're looking forward to a Bobcat Saturday to remember," said Ellen Kreighbaum Women's Head Basketball Coach Tricia Binford. "I want to thank Seattle U for helping us with this adjustment in our schedule and allowing Bobcat Nation a chance to cheer on the football team, and then walking over to the fieldhouse to catch our game."
All seats to the women's game against Seattle U will be free of charge and fans can bring in their own food and drink.
The women's basketball contest against the Redhawks be streamed live and will be aired on 1450 KMMS AM with Mark Martello handling play-by-play duties beginning at 2:45 p.m. with the pregame show.
