Four Bobcat Golfers Earn All-American Scholar Honors

Four Montana State golfers have been named to the Women’s Collegiate Golf All-American Scholars team for the 2016-17 season. Named to the squad from MSU were Delaney Elliott, Kelly Hooper, Coral Schulz and Jaylee Tait.
Four Montana State golfers have been named to the Women's Collegiate Golf All-American Scholars team for the 2016-17 season. Named to the squad from MSU were Delaney Elliott, Kelly Hooper, Coral Schulz and Jaylee Tait.
To be eligible for scholar accolades student-athletes must meet the minimum 3.50 grade-point average. In all a total of 952 women's collegiate golfers were recognized.
"I'm very proud of these ladies to be able to carry above a 3.5 GPA, compete at the NCAA Division I level and be away from class because of our tournament schedule," said MSU head coach Brittany Basye. "This says a lot to their character and how they prioritize what it means to be a student-athlete."
