MSU women head to Grand Forks for matchup against Montana
Montana State fans hope the third time will be the charm for the Bobcat women's basketball team when MSU squares off with Montana in the Big Sky Women's Tournament at Grand Forks, N.D., on Thursday. Tipoff is 4 pm MDT.
Tournament tickets are on sale UNDsports.com. All-session reserved packages cost $15 each for upper reserved and $27 for lower reserved. Single-session tickets cost $15 (lower) and $10 (upper), with youth tickets $5.
This year's third Cat-Griz matchup is Thursday's middle game. The tournament opens at 1:30 pm MDT with seventh-seeded Sacramento State battling second-seeded Southern Utah. After the sixth-seeded Bobcats face UM, #5 Idaho State squares off with #4 Eastern Washington.
In Friday's semifinal games, the lowest remaining seed faces North Dakota at 4 pm MDT, while the other winners square off at 7:30 pm. The semifinal winners meet Saturday at 2 pm MDT. All games each day comprise one session.
