MSU squares off with Aggies on another hot California afternoon
Montana State follows its wild weekend in Sacramento, which netted a 59-56 victory over the Hornets, with a return engagement of sorts on Saturday. The Cats return to Superior California to face UC Davis in a second straight league road game, hoping to capture a third straight conference win. The Bobcats face a tough and disciplined Aggies squad, one which leads the Big Sky in fewest penalties and is among the league and FCS leaders in turnover margin, sacks and red zone defense. The team is led by versatile quarterback London Lacy and a strong, diverse running backs corps. MSU counters with an explosive offense that averages 481.2 yards and 41.5 points per game.
