Bobcat Women Host Final Regular-Season Games

The MSU women's basketball team will host two crucial Big Sky Conference games beginning Thursday night against Eastern Washington in Worthington Arena.

The Montana State women's basketball team will close out its regular-season home schedule when it hosts Eastern Washington and Portland State in two crucial Big Sky Conference contests. The Bobcats are 15-11 overall and 9-3 in league action. MSU is tied with the University of Montana for second in the Big Sky standings, just a half game back of Northern Colorado. PSU and EWU lurk just behind the Bobcats and Lady Griz in fourth and fifth, respectively. Montana State dropped its only game last weekend in a 74-65 decision to Idaho State. Sophomore Rachel Semansky paced the Bobcats with 23 points and seven rebounds. Eastern Washington enters Thursday's tilt with an 11-14 overall ledger and a 7-5 Big Sky slate. The Eagles have won three conference games in a row. Portland State will play at UM on Thursday, before traveling to Bozeman. The Viks are 15-10, 8-4.
