The Redshirt Diaries

Montana State track and field redshirts will be sharing their experiences this spring in a series of homemade videos. Nick Lam starts the series off here talking about the fine points of choosing a javelin. Lam is redshirting this season but is still competing hoping to qualify for the U.S. Championships. He will be throwing the javelin Saturday, April 10, at the Bobcat Open. The men's javelin event starts at 11:00 a.m.
