The Montana State women's basketball team will travel to the Pacific Northwest for pair of Big Sky Conference road games- their first of the year. The Bobcats will begin the weekend at Portland State on Friday night in the Stott Center. The Vikings and Bobcats were picked to finish first and third, respectively, in the preseason Big Sky Coaches poll. Last winter, the two squads split their season series, each winning on the opponent's home floor. After splitting its first two Big Sky games last weekend, MSU is currently 8-7 overall and 1-1 in league action. PSU enters Friday's contest 7-7 overall and 1-0 in Big Sky play. The Vikings opened their conference season with a 95-86 win at Sacramento State on Saturday afternoon. Following their tilt with the Vikings, the Bobcats will travel to Cheney, Wash., to face Eastern Washington on Saturday night. EWU is currently 7-6 overall and 1-0 in BSC action.
