MSU Golfers Head to Heather Farr Memorial

Montana State golfers head to Colorado for the 12th Annual Heather Farr Memorial Invite Monday and Tuesday, October 5-6. The 54-hole event will take place at the Colorado National Golf Club in Erie.
The field will include Colorado, Colorado State, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Hawaii, Minnesota, Montana State, Nevada, Nebraska, Northern Colorado, Portland State, San Diego State, Southern Methodist, Texas State, Texas Tech, UT-San Antonio, Weber State, and Wyoming.
At last year's tourney, Kelly Gillum led the Bobcats placing 36th. The team placed 17th. Gillum, who is now a Bobcat assistant golf coach, fired a 224 against the highly competitive field.
