At the end of the first quarter of football's 63-13 win over Morehead State last Saturday, Dowler returned a punt 67 yards for a touchdown. This was MSU's first punt return for a touchdown in nine years. The freshman from Billings finished with 78 punt return yards in the Bobcats' blowout win and earned Big Sky Special Teams Player of the Week honors for his efforts.
