Louis Muhlen-Schulte continued to produce for the Bobcat ski team as a sophomore. Muhlen-Schulte closed the season out by taking 10th overall in the giant slalom at the NCAA Championships in Bozeman and earned Second Team All-America honors in the process. At the meet prior, the RMISA/West Regional Championships, Muhlen-Schulte took seventh overall in the giant slalom and ninth in the slalom. He topped his previous giant slalom appearance at an NCAA meet, with him not completing his second run as a freshman. Despite that, Muhlen-Schulte still claimed a seventh-place showing and Second Team All-America accolades a season ago in the slalom.
