Troy Andersen resumed his starting role behind center against Portland State with authority. The Bobcat sophomore gained 211 yards rushing, setting an MSU rushing record for quarterbacks with 207 from the position and two touchdowns. He also threw for 107 yards and a touchdown to go along with a 32-yard reception. Andersen logged a career long run of 66 yards and pass of 53 yards on Saturday. His 211 yards were ninth most in a single game in school history.
