2020-21 Season: Made two podium appearances at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships … Completed a three-peat in the 400 hurdles by cruising to the Big Sky title with a time of 50.17 seconds … First MSU three-time champion in the 400 hurdles and just the third ever athlete to earn three consecutive Big Sky individual event titles … Also a member of MSU’s runner-up 4x400 relay squad at the Big Sky meet … improved school record twice during season and eventually best converted time of 50.23 seconds set at Bengal Invitational (April 17) … Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round with the 13th fastest 400 hurdle time in the region … Finished 34th overall at the meet … Competed in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials … Completed two runs under 51 seconds, advancing to the semifinals, before finishing 14th overall … Earned a Big Sky Track Athlete of the Week honor on April 19 … Over 10 individual first-place finishes combined in indoor and outdoor seasons and had a runner-up showing in the 400 hurdles at the Texas Invitational (May 1) … Also ran the third fastest indoor 400 (47.67) and the seventh fastest outdoor 400 (47.80) over the course of the year ... 2019-20 Season
Indoor (Junior): Completed multiple all-conference performances at the Big Sky Championships in Pocatello … Captured bronze medals in both the 200 and 400 … Converted time of 21.64 seconds in 200 was fourth fastest in program history … Crossed line in 48.07 in the 400 … Also a member of MSU’s fourth-place 4x400 relay squad … Earned a fourth overall finish, and second among attached runners, in the men’s 400 at the Don Kirby Elite Invitaitonal on Feb. 13 in Albuquerque … Previously moved up all-time in program in history during season jumping to ninth, to eighth, to seventh in consecutive meets prior to the Big Sky meet … Competed in a total of six events … Named to the Big Sky Winter and Spring All-Academic Teams … Selected as a letterwinner by the coaching staff.

Indoor (Sophomore): Claimed two medals and all-conference finishes at the Big Sky Conference Championships … Member of school-record 4x400 relay that earned a gold medal … Moved to fourth in program history in the 400 with a time of 48.05 seconds and earned a bronze medal at the Big Sky meet … Competed in four meets during the season … Member of two first-place 4x400 relays throughout the year … Finished season sixth in 400 and 20th in the 60 hurdles on the Big Sky performance list ... Named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic team.
