2018 Season
Indoor (Senior): Earned two silver medals at the Big Sky Indoor Championships … Finished second in the 60 hurdles (8.58) and as the anchor of MSU’s 4x400 relay (3:44.34) … Time set by MSU’s 4x400 relay was second-best in program history … Established new school record in 60 hurdles on back-to-back weeks and set it at 8.50 seconds at Big Sky Tuner (Feb. 16) … Named the Big Sky Women’s Track Athlete of the Week following performance … Also member of 4x400 relay that set MSU’s eighth fastest mark on MSU all-time top 10 with a time of 3:46.07 … Racked up nine first-place showings over the course of the season.
Outdoor (Senior): Advanced to first NCAA Championship appearance in Eugene in the 400 hurdles … Eventually earned honorable mention All-America accolades by finishing 21st at historic Hawyward Field behind a time of 59.33 seconds … Qualified to meet by placing 10th overall at the NCAA West Preliminary Round by crossing in at 58.22 … Also competed in 100 hurdles at regional meet … Claimed double event champion status at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in Moscow, Idaho on May 11 … Finished first in the 100 hurdles while breaking school record time of 13.66 … Also captured gold in the 400 hurdles by crossing the line in 58.27 seconds … Broke school record in the 400 hurdles with a converted time of 57.93 at the Cat-Griz Dual (April 28) … Over 10 first-place showings throughout the year … Named Big Sky Women’s Track Athlete of the Week three times … Member of MSU’s seventh fastest 4x400 relay (3:42.33).
2017 Season
Indoor (Junior): Earned all-conference accolades as anchor leg of MSU’s gold-medal winning 4x400 relay at the Big Sky Championships … Part of relay team that earned the Bobcats’ fourth-best time in program history with a mark of 3:44.88 … Near all-Big Sky honors at the Big Sky meet by taking fourth in the 60 hurdles and the 200 … Set lifetime bests during the meet in both events … Moved into fourth all-time in the 200 (24.36) and fifth in the 60 hurdles (8.68) in the Bobcats’ program top 10 … Finished first on nine occasions during the course of the indoor slate … Placed first in all three events she competed in at the Powder River Dual versus Wyoming (Jan. 28).
Outdoor (Junior): Made first NCAA West Regional appearance of career following impressive Big Sky Conference Championship effort … Advanced to finals race at regional (May 26) and placed 16th overall in Austin, Texas, with a time of 59.23 in the 400 hurdles … Won first collegiate conference individual title in the 400 hurdles behind a time of 58.16 … Mark was second best in program history and eventually was 34th fastest in Division I track … Placed third overall in the 100 hurdles with the fourth-best time in MSU history by crossing the line in 13.91 … Earned silver member as anchor leg of Bobcats’ record-breaking 4x400 relay team that finished with a time of 3:40.28 … Member of third-place 4x100 relay at the conference meet that earned time of 46.38 and was fifth best on MSU all-time top 10 … Was an all-conference recipient in all four events at Big Sky Championship … Swept individual appearances at the Bobcat Invitational (March 25) and Tom Gage Classic (May 5) … Finished fourth and third, respectively, on back-to-back days in California at the Bryan Clay Invite (April 13) and Beach Invitational (April 14).

Indoor (Sophomore): Helped the 'Cats to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 relay at the Big Sky Conference Championships ... Placed 11th in the 200 at the conference championships with a season-best time of 25.41 ... Won the 200 at the Last Chance Qualifier ... Ran a season-best 8:03 in the 60, placing tenth at a home dual ... Took seventh in the 60 hurdles at the Feb. 12 home meet with her best time of 9.12.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned career-best finish at the conference championship by taking runner-up in the 400 hurdles (1:00.76) ... Moved up from prelims to finals a spot to take fifth in the 100 hurdles crossing the line in 14.17 ... Ran at two relays at the Big Sky meet ... Finished fifth as part of MSU's 4x400 relay squad ... Ran in 18 events and finished outside of top three in just one event, a sixth-place finish out of 20 in the 100 hurdles at the Utah Spring Classic (April 8) ... Top time in five races competed in ... Finished first in three of four races a part of at the Cat/Griz Dual (April 23) ... Set lifetime bests over course of season in the 400 (55.42), 100 hurdles (14.17) and 400 hurdles (59.69).

Indoor (Freshman): Placed third in the 60 hurdles at the MSU Invite, running a season-best 9.13 ... Finished third in the 400 with a time of 59:29 at the MSU Invite ... Took fifth at the MSU-UM-WSU Dual in the 200 (25.75).
Outdoor (Freshman): Advanced to the finals and placed seventh in the 400 hurdles at the Big Sky Conference Championships ... Took 15th in the 100 hurdles at conference ... Ran a season best in the 400 hurdles of 1:01.40 at the conference championships ... Placed third in the 100 hurdles at the Weber State Open with a season-best time of 14:91.
High School: Graduated from Steilacoom High School in 2014 ... Four-year letterwinner in track and field and cross country ... 2014 Washington AA State Champion in the 300 hurdles ...
