JUNIOR:
Played in all 30 games, including 28 starts...averaged 26.6 minutes of action and averaged 8.8 points per game...tallied 12 games in double-figure scoring, including a career-high 23 points against Wyoming after going 10-of-19 from the field...returns as MSU's top rebounder after pulling down 5.9 boards per game, last winter...had two games with ten rebounds, one against Utah State and the second coming against Weber State...shot 39 percent from the fieled and connected on six 3-pointers...was tops on the squad with 36 blocks...has a career total of 90 blocks, which ranks fifth on Montana State's all-time list...also dished out 58 assists and added 37 steals...became a three-time Big Sky Conference All-Academic honoree.
SOPHOMORE:
After returning to action after sitting out the 2010-11 campaign, Brumwell, the former Ashley Albert, played and started in all 30 games for the Bobcats, last winter...quietly became one of the best ‘4’ players in the Big Sky Conference, averaging 11.4 points and 7.0 rebounds per game...finished the season shooting 37 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free throw line...was second on the team with 42 3-point makes...also ended year third on the squad with 74 assists, averaging 2.5 assists per game...topped team with 29 blocks...posted season-best 20 points against Big 10 power Wisconsin...in all, had 19 games in double-figure scoring...averaged 32.7 minutes per game...had four games with double-digit rebounds, including a career-best 11 boards on three occasions, the last coming against Montana...dished out career-high six assists in Montana State’s win at Idaho State...became a two-time All Big Sky Conference Academic selection.
2010-11:
Seventy-two hours before tipping off the 2010-11 season, Albert suffered an ACL tear in her right knee during practice and was lost for the year...in two exhibition games before to the injury, she averaged 13.5 points, six rebounds, and two assists, while connecting on six three-pointers...had surgery in November.
FRESHMAN:
Albert played in all 32 games for the Bobcats and averaged 15.8 minutes per contest...finished the season fifth on the team in scoring, averaging 6.3 points per game...also chipped in three rebounds per contest...notched seven games in double-figure scoring, including a season-best 16 points in MSU’s win over eventual Big Sky champion Portland State...for the season shot 42 percent from the field, 21 percent from three-point range and a team-best 80 percent from the free throw line...averaged 6.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in Big Sky Conference action...hauled down a season-best ten rebounds at Portland State...recorded 13 points, five rebound and three blocks in the Bobcats’ win over Sacramento State in the opening round of the Big Sky Conference tournament...third on the squad with 25 blocks, including a season-high three swats on two occasions...is an All-Big Sky Confernce All-Academic honoree.
