2011: Indoor- Fastest time in the 3,000 was 10:49.27 at the Bozeman Running Company Invite (Feb. 11).
2010: Indoor- Competed at the Big Sky Championships in the 5,000 with a season best time of 18:32.79 … best time in the 3,000 was 10:46.81 … best time in the mile was 5:31.14 at the Bobcat Open (Feb. 19) Outdoor- Ran in the 3,000 steeplechase at Big Sky Championships where she finished seventh with a season best time of 11:45.82.
2009: Indoor- Ran the 5,000 at Big Sky Championships … best time in the 3,000 was 10:52.37 … ran a 5:32.61 mile. Outdoor- Best time in the 5,000 was 19:06.06 at the Cat-Griz Dual (May 2).
Prior to MSU: A 2008 graduate of Cloquet High School … earned letters in track and field, basketball and cross country for the Lumberjacks … four time all-conference selection in cross country and track (mile, two mile and 800) … team captain in cross country sophomore, junior and senior seasons … set the school record in the mile as a sophomore with a time of 5:09 …. all-state in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior … member of National Honor Society … all-state academic selection.
