2011: Indoor- Best time in the Mile was 5:14.83 … part of fourth place Distance Medley Relay at the Big Sky Championships … best time in the 3,000 was 10:32.13.
Prior to MSU: A 2010 graduate of Darby High School … earned four letters in track and field and three in cross country for the Tigers … finished third in the state in cross country as a senior … state cross country champion her junior season … state runner-up as a sophomore in cross country … two-time state champion in the Mile as a junior and senior … also win the Two Mile as a junior … four year Montana All-Academic honors and four year member of the honor roll … National Honor Society.
Personal: Heather Renee Demorest … born July 12, 1992 … daughter of Randall Demorest and Sharon Demorest … majoring in Nursing.
