Caitlyn Jordan-Kalfell joined the Montana State Athletics Department in August of 2021. Jordan-Kalfell serves as an academic coordinator and oversees student-athlete affairs.
Jordan-Kalfell spent the previous eight years in private industry. Since 2020, she worked as Lead Health Coach for Healthy is Wellness, LLC. From 2013 to 2020, she was a Master Resilience Trainer at Magellan Federal/AFSC. A Linfield College graduate with a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2008, Jordan-Kalfell earned her master's degree in physical education with an emphasis in sports psychology in 2013. She is certified as a mental performance coach, strength and conditioning coach, and athletic trainer.
