Shamrock Campbell serves as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Montana State Men’s Basketball program. Campbell joined the Bobcats when Head Coach Matt Logie arrived ahead of the 2023–24 season, first serving as a Graduate Assistant before being elevated to Director of Operations in March 2024. He is entering his third year with the program and his second full season in his current role.
In his position, Campbell manages team travel and practice scheduling, coordinates recruiting visits, and assists with film, workouts, and practice operations. He works closely with the coaching staff on day-to-day program logistics, providing support across all areas of team operations.
Before joining Montana State, Campbell enjoyed a standout collegiate basketball career. He played four years at Carroll College in Helena, Montana (2018–2022), where he was a two-time NAIA All-American and helped lead the Saints to the NAIA National Championship game as a freshman. He completed his playing career at Point Loma Nazarene University (2022–2023) under Coach Logie, where the team won 25 straight games, finished 29–4 overall, and advanced to the NCAA Division II Sweet 16.
Campbell earned his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Carroll College in 2022 and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2023.
He resides in Bozeman, Montana.
