2020-21 Season: Point scorer in two events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships to end year … Took fourth overall in the 100 and was a member of MSU’s fourth-place 4x100 relay squad … Relay claimed the eighth fastest time in program history with a converted mark of 46.49 seconds … Ran four top-10 all-time marks over the course of the indoor and outdoor seasons … Ranks outdoors third in the 100 (11.95) and 10th in the 200 (24.84) … Ranks indoors tied for fifth in the 60 (7.68) and tied for 10th in the 200 (24.81) … Ten total first-place showings during the calendar year … Two top-three showings in 100 and 200 against competitive field at Bengal Invitational (April 16-17) ... Named to the Big Sky Winter and Spring All-Academic Teams ... Selected as a letterwinner by the coaching staff.
2019-20 Season
Indoor (Freshman): Did not compete in any meets.
Background: Graduated from River Ridge High School in 2019 … Earned first podium appearance of prep career as a senior at the GHSA 6A State Championships … Finished third in the 100 with a time of 12.21 seconds … Also placed career bests by taking fifth in the 200, seventh in the long jump, fourth in the 4x100 and 11th in the 4x400 relay at the state meet … Made three trips to the 6A State Championships, competing in two events as a junior … As a senior was top finisher at the Region 6 Championships in the 100, 200 and the long jump … As a junior she took fourth in the 100, eighth in the 200 and 11th in the long jump in the 6A sectional meet which features four regions worth of competitors … Was given River Ridge’s Most Outstanding Female Sprinter Award and the Lady Knight Award as a freshman … Also ran for club team RSS Academy based out of Marietta … Had experience running during the indoor season in several events including the New Balance National Indoors meet .. During the summer of 2018 participated in the New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet in two events and took first at the USATF Georgia Association Junior Olympics in the 200 … Was a member of her high school's Leadership Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
