2022-23 Season: Competed in eight meets combined between the indoor and outdoor schedules… Set season bests in the 60 (8.03), 100 (12.85), 200 (26.08), 4x100 (49.26), and 4x400 (3.59.19) during the year…Finished 1st in the 4x400 at the Bobcat Preview, Bobcat Performance, and Cat-Griz Dual … Ended the year with a 3rd-place finish at the Tom Gage Classic in the 200 with 26.08.
Background: Graduated from Sweet Grass County High School in 2022 with school records in the 100 meters (12.48), 400 meters (59.20) and the 4x100-meter relay (50.38) ... Capped off her decorated track career by winning three individual Class B state titles (100, 400, 300-meter hurdles) and helped anchor the Sheepherders' 4x100 relay team to a state title as a senior ... Helped Sweet Grass County High School win back-to-back track titles as a junior and as a senior ... Won her first Class B state title in the 100 meters as a junior and was named MVP of the state meet .... Also placed second in the 200 meters, third in the 400 meters, fifth in the 100-meter hurdles and ran legs on Sweet Grass County's top-5 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays at the same meet ... Qualified for the Class B state meet for the first time as a freshman, finishing in 13th in the 100-meter dash and helping the Sheepherders' 4x400-meter relay team place seventh ... Served as a team captain for two season ... Was a named the team's MVP three times ... Also lettered in basketball, cross country and volleyball ... Was a member of the National Honor Society.
