Entered regional meet ranked 50th overall and finished 26th overall with a personal-best throw of 58-08.75 (17.90m) … Mark moved him to fifth all-time among Bobcats in the event … Placed seventh in the shot put and 13th in the discus at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships … Had seven first-place showings in the shot put over the course of the season … Also competed in the discus and finished as high as second in the event … Was honored by the NCAA with a postgraduate scholarship following his final athletic year of eligibility ...
