Th_e Vikings out-blocked the Bobcats 14-5 and out-hit MSU .301 to .000 from the field.
MONTANA STATE - CLEVELAND STATE BOXSCORE
Cleveland State took advantage of its strong block to sweep past Montana State 25-12, 25-16, 25-18 on Friday night in the nightcap of the CSU Invitational. The Bobcats defeated Canisius 3-2 earlier in the day.
The Vikings out-blocked the Bobcats 14-5 and out-hit MSU .301 to .000 from the field.
Montana State was paced by Natalie Passeck with seven kills and 13 digs. Defensively, Allyssa Rizzo and Lexi Goroski chipped in nine and eight digs, respectively. Sophomore Kelsie White guided the Bobcats at the net with four blocks.
MSU will play Binghamton on Saturday morning to conclude play at the Cleveland State Invitational.
