Bobcat Seniors Earn All-Big Sky Honors

Montana State’s two seniors- Hannah Caudill and Delany Junkermier- each captured All-Big Sky Conference accolades for their efforts this season. Caudill was named to the third team, while Junkermier garnered honorable-mention kudos.
Montana State's two seniors- Hannah Caudill and Delany Junkermier- each captured All-Big Sky Conference accolades for their efforts this season. Caudill was named to the third team, while Junkermier garnered honorable-mention kudos.
Caudill, who led the Big Sky in assists per game, and was among the league leaders in three-pointers, 3-point field-goal percentage and assist/turnover ratio, enters the Big Sky Conference Tournament averaging 11.7 points per game. The Spokane product became MSU's all-time assists leader with 498. With just two more assists, she'll become only the 11th player in league history to notch 500 or more assists. In addition, Caudill became the 23rd member of MSU's prestigious 1000-point club.
"Hannah has been a consistent performer for us since day one," said MSU head coach Tricia Binford. "She does everything that is asked of her, and this season, has really taken ownership of the team. Hannah is one of the top point-guards in the Big Sky and very deserving of the recognition."
???????Junkermier, also a native of Spokane, has led the Bobcats in scoring during league play averaging 14.8 points per game. She also ranks among the Big Sky's best in three-point field-goal percentage, 3-point makes, and field-goal percentage. She posted a career-high 24 points at Weber State on Friday night in the final Big Sky Conference regular-season game of the year.
"Delany has had an outstanding senior season," Binford said. "She's always been one of our top defenders, and this season, has really become a standout on the offensive end."
Montana State will play North Dakota on Monday night in the first-round of the Big Sky Conference Tournament in Reno, Nevada.
