Bobcat sophomore honored by USBWA
The awards continued for Tyler Hall on Tuesday, as the U.S. Basketball Writers Association named the Montana State sophomore to its All-District VIII squad.
Hall averaged 22.8 points a game during the regular season, ninth in the nation, and his 3.16 three-pointers per game was third during the regular season. On Monday, he was named unanimous First Team All-Big Sky.
Hall broke Montana State's single-season scoring and three-point records this year. His 706 points is 18th-most in a season in Big Sky history. He is one of only two Big Sky sophomores to surpass the single-season 700 point mark.
