Sam Neumann's double-double leads the way
Tyler Hall scored 20 points and Sam Neumann registered his second double-double as Montana State held off Sacramento State 62-59 in Worthington Arena on Saturday.

Neumann dominated under the basket, scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 boards. Hall started the game knocking down his first three three-point shots, and his 20 points led all players.
The built a second-half cushion when the Hornets opened the half 3-of-19 from the floor. Montana State kept the lead for the remainder of the game. The Hornets shot 24-74 on the night, just 32%. The Bobcats shot an impressive 88% on free throws (15-17).
Eric Stuteville led the Hornets with 15 points. The Hornets fall to 10-15 overall, 7-7 in conference.
The Bobcats have won eight of their last 10 and rise to 14-14 on the year, 9-6 in conference. They take on Montana at home next Saturday. Tipoff slated for 7 pm.
