A long-time Altman aide brings former boss to Electric City for Evening with Bobcat Basketball
Oregon head basketball coach Dana Altman and Bobcats coach Brian Fish worked together for nearly two decades at four different schools. Thursday they will be together again for an Evening with Bobcat Basketball event in Great Falls.
Thursday's night of basketball talk and laughter at the Do Bar begins with a social at 6 pm, followed by a program at 7 pm. Altman is one of college basketball's most successful coaches, compiling nearly 600 wins. Last seasons Ducks squad finished 31-7, and this year's team is considered a possible preseason top 10 choice.
Tickets cost $50 each, and the evening features raffles and drawings ranging from MSU and Oregon gear to a custom-knitted Bobcat quilt to a trip to Portland for a Ducks game. For information, call 406/994-4442.
