Squires, who preps at Sand Creek High School, has helped guide the Scorpions to three-consecutive Pikes Peak Conference titles. Last season, she averaged 17.8 points, 4.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 3.4 steals per game. For her efforts, Squires was named first-team all-state and first-team all-conference. She also garnered Sand Creek Athlete of the Year; Offensive Player of the Year, Pikes Peak Player of the Year and Scorpion of the Year accolades.
As a sophomore, Squires received second-team all-state kudos after averaging 10.6 points and 2.2 assists per contest. As a freshman, she also earned second-team all-state honors after averaging 11.4 points and 2.6 assists per game.
"Oli is an athletic scoring guard, who has the ability to take over games," Binford said. "She can play the point or two guard, as she is a great playmaker off the bounce as well as a great shooter. I love her ability to lock down opponents defensively. She will be a fun player for our fans to watch."
She is the daughter of Norman and Thuy Squires of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Smith preps at Snohomish High School and earned WESCO Player of the Year honors after averaging 15.2 points, 10.1 rebounds and two blocks per game as a junior. In addition, she was a first-team all-conference and a first-team all-area selection for the Panthers. As a sophomore, Smith also received first-team all-conference accolades.
"Madeline is a strong, gritty, and skilled post that outworks her opponents while wearing them down," Binford said. "She's a perfect fit for our offense, where our posts can stretch defenses, as well as attack you in the paint. I love her mentality, her work ethic and we're excited to have her as a Bobcat."
She is the daughter of Bradley and Jill Smith.
"Both Oliana and Madeline are outstanding scholars, as well," Binford said. "They also possess great character and they'll fit in great with our program."
Binford indicated that the Bobcats will look to ink one more student-athlete during the early signing period.
