Teammate Marcus Swan got the silver with 1:57.04.In the women's race, Kaylee Schmitz earned her conference time finishing in 2:11.73, as well as a PR and second place finish in the race.

Strangely enough, many of Friday's events followed patterns set by the week before and the women's 4x400 was no exception. The race came down to the final leg and again, Sonia Antar stuck it out and was able to hold on to the lead for the Blue and Gold victory with a time of 3:49.53. Jaeger led off, followed by Squire and Iris Hardarson on the third leg.
"We got a lot of qualifiers and saw some great performances for this point of the season," head coach Kennedy. "It's great that the men got the sweep and we were really able to capitalize on the team focus tonight. I'm pleased with what the women accomplished and despite the loss to Montana, they still got the win over Idaho State. The score with Montana was close and we know this team will rally and keep working towards getting that win when we face them again."
Montana State will leave the comforts of Worthington Arena and travel to Gillette, Wyo. on Friday, Jan. 31 for the Powder River Dual, when Wyoming and MSU will square off in dual meet format.
