Katie Bussey, who recently completed a highly-decorated career at Montana State, is on a 10-day, three-tournament trip with a United States All-Star delegation in China. The US team will be playing junior national squads from China, Australia and New Zealand. The trip is an outstanding opportunity for Bussey as she looks to extend her career into the professional ranks.
Bussey recently completed one of the best careers in Montana State history. She became just the second player to score over 1,700 points. En route, Bussey became the all-time Big Sky Conference leader in three-point makes with 254 career treys. She also set a MSU record and tied the league mark for points in a single game when she scorched the nets for 41 against Idaho State.
Bussey was a four-time All Big Sky honoree; a four-time Big Sky All Academic pick; and was recently named WBCA All America Honorable Mention.
