Bobcats Host Johnson & Wales Friday Night

MSU returns from three-game, 4,000-mile road trip
After racking up more than 4,000 frequent fleier miles on a three-game road trip, Montana State returns to Worthington Arena for its only remaining pre-Christmas home game against Johnson & Wales on Friday at 8 pm. The game is part of a women's-men's doubleheader in which the Bobcat women host Portland at 6 pm. The Bobcats hit the road in late November riding a five-game winning streak, but return looking to halt a four-game skein after tough losses at Iowa State, Seattle, and Illinois State. Erik Rush (15.4 ppg, 3.7 apg) and Bobby Howard (15.3 ppg, 6.9 rpg) continue to lead the Bobcats, who shoot 42% from the field and 36% from three-point range on the season. Johnson & Wales is led by Jake Campbell at 15.3 points per game. A pair of Montanans, Eric Gardzina of Helena and Jake Richter of Missoula, play for the Wildcats. NEXT UP...
