The Bobcat men play a pair of California teams this week—one at home and one on the road. The Cats host UC-Santa Barbara on Friday. UCSB is 5-2 with losses to San Diego State and Santa Clara. Earlier in the season, they beat Weber State. Cal Poly is 2-5 and their losses include Stanford, Portland State and St. Mary's. Their two wins were over Pepperdine and Seattle. The home game Friday is the last basketball game in Bozeman until the women play here on Dec. 27. The next men's home games are Jan 8 and Jan. 10

The Bobcat women hit the road after finals week to play two games before a short holiday break. The Saturday game is a matinee in Denver. The Pioneers are 4-5 on the season. Then the Cats board the plane for West Coast Conference foe University of Portland. The Pilots are 7-3 on the season including a loss to Eastern Washington and wins over Portland State and Sacramento State. The women's next home game will be Dec. 27 against UC-Riverside.
