2017-18 Season
Cross Country (Freshman): Participated in all five meets for the Bobcats … Closed out season by finishing fourth among Bobcat runners and 75th overall at the Mountain Region Championship (Nov. 10) … Placed among top 35 in other four events during the year … Took sixth among MSU runners and also 33rd overall at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 14) and Big Sky Championship (Oct. 28).
Indoor (Freshman): Appeared in seven meets including the Big Sky Indoor Championships … Took 11th in the mile (5:18.72) and finished 27th in the 3,000 behind a lifetime-best 10:46.14 … Placed first in the mile at the Bobcat Invitational (Feb. 2) with a personal-best time of 5:08.69 … Also achieved a lifetime best in the 5,000 to open the season with a mark of 19:14.24 … Named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team.
Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the Montana Open on April 14 … Finished third in the 1,500 with a time of 4:56.65 … Did not compete in any other meets.
High School: Graduated from Butte High School in 2017 as a versatile athlete for the Bulldogs ... Competed in the 800, mile and two-mile races during the MHSA State Class AA meet as a senior ... Completed lifetime bests in all three, finishing fifth in the 1,600 (5:08.29), sixth in the 3,200 (11:19.90) and ninth in the 800 (2:19.39) ... Previous best performance at the state meet came in a 10th-place showing as a sophomore in the 3,200 ... Racked up over 10 event victories during her prep career for Butte, including 11 top-five finishes as a sophomore ... Also participated on the Bulldogs’ cross country team ... Competed at the state meet all four years at Butte, completing her senior campaign by taking 18th at the Class AA meet ... Finished second at the Great Falls Invite and placed sixth behind a personal-best time of 18:00.0 at the Butte Invite.
