Accumulated six MHSA Class C titles, sweeping the distance events (cross country, mile, two-mile) over his junior and senior seasons ... Earned the Kiwanis All-Valley Class C Award as a senior ... Began to see success his sophomore campaign by finishing runner-up at the Class C state cross country championship while helping his team take third place ... Continued to show improvement heading into the spring, taking second in the 3,200 (10:11.07) at the state track and field meet and seventh in the 1,600 ...
