Indoor (Senior): Earned All-America status by advancing to the NCAA Indoor Championships in College Station, Texas … Finished 14th overall in the mile with a time of 4:08.34 on the campus of Texas A&M to become a Second Team All-American … Qualified to NCAA meet by completing second sub-four minute mile of career … Ran a converted mile of 3:57.37 at the Big Sky Tuner (Feb. 16) inside Worthington Arena … Mark kept him at third in program’s all-time ranks, was second on the Big Sky performance list and 13th best in the nation … Was named by the Big Sky Conference as its Track Athlete of the Week following the sub-four minute mile run … Earned all-conference accolades at the Big Sky Indoor Championships on Feb. 24 … Took third as part of MSU’s distance medley relay squad with a time of 10:14.96 … Also placed sixth in the mile at the conference meet …. 2016-17 Season
Cross Country (Junior): Competed in opening meet unattached before sitting out rest of season ... Finished 15th overall at MSU-Bozeman Running Co. Invitational with a time of 25:09.
Indoor (Junior): Became the third ever Bobcat to eclipse the four-minute barrier (converted 3:59.13) in the mile at the team’s home meet on Feb. 4 … Was named the Big Sky Conference Men’s Track Athlete of the Week following the performance … Time eventually was 21st fastest in Division I track and field in 2017 … Earned all-conference honors at the Big Sky meet by anchoring MSU’s championship-winning distance medley relay squad (Feb. 24) … Completed converted time of 9:52.24 which was ninth best mark in program history … Appeared in six meets during season including a 25th-place finish at the Husky Classic in Seattle (Feb. 10) … Opened year by entering program’s all-time top 10 in the 5,000m by taking second at the MSU Invitational with a time of 14:10.12 (Jan. 13) … Finished first place across three events on five occasions.

Cross Country (Sophomore): Placed 18th at the Big Sky Conference championships with a time of 26:33.9 ... Took 61st the Mountain Regional ... Ran his best time of 24:59.3 at the Pre-National Invite.
Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 10th in the 5000 and 17th in the 3000 at the conference championships ... Ranked sixth overall in the conference in the 5000 ... Ran a career-best 15:35.33 in the 5000 at the conference meet ... Completed his fastest 3000 at a home dual meet on Feb. 5 with a time of 8:25.93 to finish first ... Took first in the mile at the Last Chance Qualifier with a career-best 4:16.01.
