Nicolas Jean-Baptiste brings elite college football playing pedigree and NFL experience to his third season on the Bobcat staff in 2024, and his second with sole responsibility for defensive tackles. Jean-Baptiste formed a productive group of interior linemen, anchored by third-year starters Sebastian Valdez, a two-time All-Big Sky choice (1st team in 2022, 2nd team in 2023) and Blake Schmidt. He earned 2nd Team All-Big 12 honors at Baylor, and spent time with the Baltimore Ravens in 2012 and the Cleveland Browns in 2013. He has coached at every level of college football during his brief career.
