Montana State hosts a pair of Big Sky matches this week in Shroyer Gym. The Bobcats face league-leading Northern Arizona, Thursday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m., and closes out weekend action with Northern Colorado, Saturday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m.

- Senior libero Lauren Lindseth averaged 3.63 digs per set as the Bobcats opened Big Sky Conference play. In MSU's 3-2 win at Eastern Washington, Lindseth anchored the backrow scooping up 17 digs, for her ninth double digit dig match of the season. The CMR graduate also chipped in four aces and five assists. On the season, Lindseth is averaging 4.41 digs per set, which is tops in the Big Sky Conference and ranks 46th in the nation. Lindseth's current total of 216 digs ranks 58th in the country. Lindseth currently ranks third on MSU's all-time digs chart with 1,693 saves. The product of Great Falls trails Allyssa Rizzo (2,122) and Kandice Kelly (1,720) in Bobcat history.
- Sophomore outside hitter Karli Heidemann averaged 2.25 kills per set in the first week of Big Sky Conference play. She is currently averaging 3.08 kps, which ranks 11th in the Big Sky. In all, Heidemann totaled 18 kills over the weekend. She had 12 kills in MSU's win at Eastern Washington. The native of Diller, Neb., has posted 465 total attacks on the season, which ranks seventh in the league and 147th in the nation.
- Senior middle blocker Camryn Greenwald is averaging 1.72 kills per set, while hitting a team-best .349 from the field. The Woodbury, Minn., product recorded a career-high 17 kills in MSU's win over Maryland Eastern Shore at the Gonzaga Invite, Sept. 4. Greenwald has had five matches this season hitting .400 or better.
- Junior Joelie Spelts was MSU's top blocker in the opening week of Big Sky action. The Gillette, Wyo., product averaged 1.13 blocks per set, which included six blocks in MSU's five-set win at Eastern Washington. Her current 1.06 bps ranks seventh in the Big Sky.
- Montana State freshmen Teagan Jaynes and Elli Tufto returned to the Bobcat starting rotation two weeks ago after missing several matches due to injuries. The duo's return has made an immediate impact. Jaynes, a setter from Northfield, Minn., has averaged 9.17 assists and 1.58 digs per set in her last three outings. Jaynes is also averaging 1.00 kps while hitting .400. In addition, she has tallied eight aces. Tufto, an outside hitter from Prior Lake, Minn., has averaged 3.17 kps in the last three outings.
