Sacramento State outhit Montana State .345 to .169 en route to a 25-21, 25-18, 25-12 win over the Bobcats on Saturday afternoon at The Nest.
Sacramento State (11-8, 4-3) received half of its points from Montana State (9-9, 4-3) errors as the Bobcats struggled with its serve-receive game. The Hornets posted a season-high 13 aces over the course of three sets, while Montana State gave up seven points on service errors.
Victoria Marthaler paced Sacramento State with 20 kills and a .341 attack mark.
